All it takes for evil to succeed is for good people to do nothing.

I live by the 6 “P’s”.  Prior Preparation, Prevents, Piss, Poor, Performance. 

This may seem obvious, but it requires thought and contemplation.  What choices do I want to make and what will the repercussions of those choices be?  Will I be able to live with those choices? 

A warning in advance.  I am sooo not a Trump fan, so if you are, you might not even take the time to read further, and maybe you’ll survive his time in this world and maybe you won’t.  I do not believe I will.  I think he embodies the basis of all hate.  He stands up and calls people who would wish my death simply because I exist “HIS GUYS”.  He is openly hateful in everything he says and does to and about anyone not currently in his family.  If you are not “IN” his family in his opinion today, which changes with his mercurial moods, as shown by his statements and actions against those who have been related to him, or still are and don’t agree with him.  I’m sure those won’t last out their lives either if he has his way.  He and those who follow him are more than willing to not even give the courtesy of a persons name if they don’t agree with him, or them.  Someone who he is in competition with is not just Hilary Clinton, she’s *&*%Hillary.  He’s not The Current President, or even Joe Biden, he’s @#$%Joe.  What people seem to think is that that’s OK.  If you disagree you can just ignore them or treat them as less than, as if they don’t exist.  While I don’t think much of folks who follow this racist idiot, I don’t inherently think they are anything but uninformed and willing to accept any excuse for why they’re not 100% happy with everything in their lives and it couldn’t possibly be their fault.  I see him as always going for the lowest common denominator.  Why be knowledgeable, or capable, when you can just be insulting.

I’ve talked to and with many who disagree with me politically.  If I had to fall within a group, I would say either my thoughts lie with the Libertarians, or possibly the independents.  I’ve voted for both the major parties in my life, since our political system is setup in such a way as to vote for anyone other than a Democrat or a Republican, is just wasting your vote.  It has been a vote for the lesser of two evils for almost as long as I’ve been alive, and while I haven’t done the research, I’d imagine it’s been that way for substantially longer.

The Work – A – Day Folks in Our Society

I own my own business, and work 18 hours a day usually 7 days a week.  I’ve been trying to hire capable individuals who want to and are able to work and have found to an individual that each and everyone person I hired in the last 25 years has been a waste for a few reasons, which frankly seem to have gotten worse in the last 1/2 a dozen years.  They would like to work from home in their jammies, and not have to actually show up somewhere on time, becuase it’s inconvenient.  They’d like to be paid a ridiculous amount of money for doing a job they show by their inaction they are incapable of, no matter how much I’ve spent trying to support them and get them trained.  They’re only concerned with their feelings and how they are perceived, not about their job performance or actually working.  Finally I have found all of them to either be ungrateful for the attempts I’ve made to help them better themselves and grow, but also to feel that if I have not bowed daily and told them they were wonderful, and here’s some extra money they are aghast that I don’t understand.

These are the interactions that I’ve found with people who I work with in all but one case.  I am incredibly grateful that in almost every case each of my clients have been exactly the opposite.  They are cordial, communicative, effective, and wonderful which supports my goal of servicing my clients.  I’m absolutely certain that this will be considered opinionated drivel by those who I am, frankly, addressing.  For the others, maybe you will find a grain of reality to think about.
